I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in financial services, giving me a strong foundation in helping people understand their options and make informed financial decisions. I’m a graduate of Saint John’s University and, outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of one daughter.
Supporting our local community is important to us. Our agency enjoys sponsoring area schools, Boy Scouts, and other local organizations and community groups throughout the year.

As an Account Associate for Marc Tedaldi - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
